So after a discussion with a few of my friends, we all decided that the [b]"Take a Knee"[/b] perk [i](Which gives bonus accuracy when crouched)[/i] on the Scout Rifle [b]"Cryptic Dragon"[/b] [i](an old Vendor weapon)[/i] was the only gun we've ever seen that perk on. Mind you I only really have one Character and although I play a fair amount it's PvP for the most part. So I really don't get a ton of drops from PvE. Is this perk a little unique? Let me know! What's the [i]"rarest"[/i] perk you've come across in your time playing?
