I've probably gotten a total of 40-50, on this character only 10-15, have 5-6 in vault.
You can easily get 20 per character per month guaranteed.

Per character? How exactly? Three from ToO, two from PoE. That's it if it's not an IB week. Where are you other 15 coming from? I would really like to know.

I said per month. 12 from Trials, 8 from PoE. Plus IB and NFs. So with 3 characters up to 60/month.

That every week, four times a month. So you do those, you can get it from the Nightfall, or from exotic chests. So all of the things stated, at least 4 times, and you should be around 20

I'm glad you're reading their post, because I clearly wasn't... I thought he said per week... Still, it's 6am here and I've only just woken up. That's my defence anyway. The three ToO aren't guaranteed though, you'll only get them if you are a god at PvP or cheat.
