Server issues ruining game experience...

I paid 90 dollars for destiny and the season pass. Do you know what I got apparently? A -blam!-ing catipiller and a headache. All I get when I join a game is error code catipiller or disconnected from Xbox live. I can't even go into patrol because I know I will lag out, I don't remember the last time I was able to play more than 2min in patrol. I don't remember the last time I could actually grind something in this game where you're supposed to grind. I can't play more than 2 games of crucible on a good day without lagging out. I lag out in raids, heroics, everything for -blam!-'s sake. I'm fed up with the poor quality servers and the fact that bungie gives absolutely 0 -blam!-s. I just got done trying to play iron banner and I can't even finish a game I keep lagging out. Its infuriating to say the least. I can barely go to the tower because the tower server is such garbage I large out 4 times then I'll get there and lag out in the middle of doing something. Bungie, you need to fix this, it is ruining the game to the point I'm rethinking buying the taken king. I play games for fun, not for error codes and a headache because I just lagged out 8 times in a row. And don't you -blam!-ing tell me its my internet, I know it isn't. Its on your end bungie and I'm sick of your lack of interest in fixing the problem. When I saw in the weekly update that you guys said your eyes were glued to the help forums, I laughed. I have seen tons of these posts on here about people experiencing the same thing I am and I haven't seen one, not one moderator reply! I really do like destiny but for -blam!-s sake I don't want the -blam!-ing servers to choose when I can play or not.

Please make sure your NAT settings are open. As well, if you're on WiFi, attempt using a wired connection.
