The secret to Blink Strike...?
Hi Hunters, as a long term Warlock I've tried to switch to a hunter and have reached Lvl 32. One thing I can't get right though:
How do you get a blink strike?
In Iron Banner, I get close and punch, but next to no damage is inflicted. It even fails to follow up after a shotgun blast.
Is there a secret way to do it? I appreciate I would do less damage against Lvl 34s but even equal level guardians shrug off my attack with no ill effects. Suggestions please!
TL:DR: I need to git gud with Blink Strike.

2 RepliesI use fast twitch, and a piece of armor increasing melee attack speed. Melee kills are much easier in crucible now.

2 RepliesAre equipping the backstab perk? If you use that it'll one hit kill if you get them from behind (364 damage to be precise) BUT you can also jump/blink above them, if they are right below you. Tap the melee button and it'll still do the 364 damage. rinse and repeat another 9 times for bounty completion. Enjoy.

Backstab Perk. Stab them in the head.

4 RepliesThere's no secret. The hunter melee is so underpowered that it isn't funny. Your one hit warlock melee will outmatch it every time.

The secret with blink is use NLB. ;) Watch to understand.
