I have spent hundreds of ascendant/radiant shards/strange coins to buy motes of light. I then go and spend all my motes on the exotic helm engrams from xur last 2 weeks. I have found every helm for every class at least twice with no luck on the celestial nighthawk. Is RNG just hating on me or have I been wasting my currency? Edit: thanks for all the reply.
