Best PvE Rocket Launcher?

Grenades and horseshoes > any tracking launcher for PvE and PvP. HoC sucks, use any re-rollable rocket with appropriate burn or always use gjallarhorn for the big instant dps. Also rockets > lmgs safer instant dps on adds and bosses.
