The taken king SUROS weapons theory
i am pretty sure you lot have seen the SUROS rocket launcher and others like it and from footage I've seen in E3s beta gameplay they aren't exotics but legendary. originally the taken king was meant to be named the plague of darkness in a leaked image of destinys plan for the next two years and in that leaked photo it mentioned that they would ad 3 new factions like dead orbit, future war cult and new monarchy i believe that SUROS is one of those new factions. some of you may of noticed that several common to rare weapons have had the name SUROS in them and it is most possible that SUROS is a weapon development company and that made me think why would a weapon development company have interest in the crucible when they require construction of good weapons for the war and not champions for their cause, then it hit me it maybe possible that SUROS doesn't use crucible marks but instead vanguard marks. this is still a theory and the leaked image said that house of wolves would have a raid so changes maybe made but bungie should reveal more on july 7 but what I'm hoping for is that Bungie gets peter dinklide back for voice acting as the ghost for destiny the taken king and bungie please don't kick my ass if I'm right I'm just making a theory

Whole faction thing, no clue but SUROS being a faction? HELL NO. It's a god damn weapon manufacturer and these weapons are probably purchased from a new vendor, reward from some mission in the dreadnaught, who knows?

1 ReplyThe gear that the Titan is wearing in most of The Taken King reveals has a helmet on that I believe is of häkke manufacture. Because of the small emblem on the side of the helmet. This supports your theory of them bringing in new vendors such as the Suros weapon vendors etc.

There's several other weapon manufacturers like "Hakke", "Omolon", "Tex Mechanica", and "Lomar". If they made Suros to be a faction I bet they would all the other gun companies, so I doubt it.
