This is what MMO's use in there games to create groups and raids It's simple, easy to use, and note at the bottom allows you add special requirements ,,like,, must have Mic, be lvl 32,33,34, must know how to play a banjo left handed. It's not matchmaking , it's a party finder to assemble a group In game on the Console you are on , instead of leaving a game and posting on a sight with 4 consoles in a haphazzard maze of random posts It's the best of both worlds as it is not random matchmaking and it allows everyone to find or create goups or raids on their console while playing the game
