I actually like getting rare armor and/or rare engrams for the materials for my legendaries, but I get where you are going with the "Give us legendary armor only if we're 28+". I'd say if they put legendary armor in, it should be the same as getting legendary weapons so it'll be fair to some people and to others if you wanted materials from rares. I'm still signing it because I really want legendaries. :D Have A Nice Day!

well, the thing is, if they were to replace the rare armor with rare engrams, you'd be getting the armor anyway. plus cryptarch ranks from decrypting them! sure, 1/10 times you'll get a mote or a strange coin, but you get those from playing crucible anyway?

If they were to give legendaries to 28+, and only give rare engrams every once and a while, then yeah I would sign it I'm still signing it either way. I'm also editing some of my words since I forgot some things. Have A Nice Day!

well, my actual idea was to have a petition to replace the rare armor drops with rare engram drops, but I see I probably didn't make it too clear the way I put it, so I'm probably going to just write another post :P
