Just recently announced.. The Director of Xbox-live Enforcement Team, Finally put an end to the menace that is know as DJ Keemstar otherwise known as F@G..
This is a new day in gaming history
DJ Keemstar bribed Stephen Toulouse aka the head of the enforcement team to a 300$ a month contract to stop banning him from xboxlive.

The other two were normal guys who liked to play some jokes, thought I can't disagree that they were also being wrong in the situation. He's pathetic and should get a job, if he hasn't already.
