Best ways to increase drop rate of gjallahorn?
What could I do, to increase my chances to gettin Gally? I know its a RNG based drop system, but there has to be SOMETHING I can do to have the odds in my favors to getting Gally, Maybe.... Fill my inventory with things except one heavy weapon slot when I do raids?

If you do the tower glitch to get on top of the Vault, you could drill a hole through the roof and steal one from an unsuspecting Guardian.

9 RepliesPatrol Earth and collect exactly 74 spinmetal. Solo the nightfall with a hand cannon. Go to the tower and wave at the speaker. Decrypt three blue engrams from the crucible. Do the VoG on hard and right before you kill Atheon, equip the strangers rifle in your primary gun slot. Instant Gjhallarhorn. Works 60% of the time every time.

Anyone who provides some method of increasing chances of Gally and only gally is just messing with you. It has the same exotic drop chance as every exotic you haven't obtained that can drop. Just do your nightfalls and raids.

Getting a ghorn increases its drop. Same goes for every exotic. Trust me on this. If you want a ghorn to have a higher chance of dropping, get yourself a ghorn.

I heard if you dismantle all your shotguns, it's supposed to give you a gally at the postmaster when you get rid of the last one.

1 ReplyNone. Just run vog, crota, nightfall, prison on all your characters. Thats what i did. I pulled a gally from a nightfall.

A ton of kills, and a minuscule amount of deaths. That's how I've gotten 3.

Preparation: 5 candles, a goat, a virgin maiden (your sister is fine), Bungie and Activi$ion poster Step 1: Kill the goat, decapitate it, take about 2 litres of blood Step 2: Draw a star using the blood, put a candle on each pointy end, at the center is the decapitated goat head Step 3: Fck the virgin maiden till she thinks she is the unicorn Step 4: Drink the remaining blood, swear your loyalty to Bungievi$ion Step 5: log in and play Totally legit, I did this and got my Galley yesterday

Edited by Apollo 00063: 7/4/2015 3:10:11 AMThe only thing you can do to improve your chances at getting the Great Gally is: complete any and everything that has a chance of dropping an exotic. NF, VoG, CE and PoE (seems to be a very slim chance these days) all X3 in PVE - I haven't participated in the ToO, so I'm not sure on that front. Good luck and keep grinding!

The only thing that helps your chance is do every activity that drops exotics ie raids nf I still haven't gotten it and I don't care anymore.
