can't redeem red bull quest code
I got a red bull quest code but I can't redeem it on my bungie account.
I first logged in my bungie.net account then I have entered the Redbull code at www.quest.redbull.com/us/en. I clicked on the "claim" button, so i guess so far i did it right. But then when I click on the button to claim my reward it goes to the "add a new redeem code" on bungie and doesnt say mine has been applied. When i go to my redeemed codes page i can see all the code i have previously entered but not this one. It's just asks me to enter a 9 number code.
Where is the problem?

1 ReplyI'm sorry to say, but the reason is that people have found out that the redbull code has a consistent make up of certain letters and numbers. So they have most likely entered your code by just changing the letters and numbers around and have claimed the code without actually having to buy a can of redbull.

Edited by zamatallica: 8/28/2015 4:24:50 AMThe code is within the embeded http link in the Claim this loot with you account at bungie.net button, just do a right click on it the choose to copy the link,paste on a notepad, and somewhere within that hyperlink, you can easily identify the nine code bungie uses, just copy that code, and paste it into the bungie.net code redeption page and you are done.

9 RepliesI got the same problem. I´ve purchased 4 codes from the USA. On the redbullquest-page the code works. but on the bungie website i have to enter 9 Digits???

yehi redeemed it, said it was confirmed but cant see it. how long does it take to go through?

many of the codes were hacked/exploited already. waiting on Bungie to issue a fix or at least a statement to the player base
