Lost Praedyth's Revenge while transferring through mobile app.
So what happened when things get lost while playing and trying to get weapon from the vault through mobile app? Lost my Praedyth's Revenge max out.

1 ReplyCan you please do me a favor and complete the following steps in game. 1 ) check all your characters 2 ) check your vault 3 ) completely close down destiny and restart the game. 1 ReplyYou lost it? It's on a character somewhere or in your vault. If so that's you lost it. It's gone they don't replace items.
