I am pretty sure it has been removed after house of wolves because if it has not then why are all these people complaining that they can't get it after doing it over 500 or 1000 times. I myself did it and one of my friends and neither of us got it so my advice stop trying unless your just trying to waste time. There are many people on YouTube that show them getting it before the house of wolves in their first few attempts.

A few people have messaged me in the past few days telling me that they just got it. I looked up their accounts and sure enough they have had it equipped and only slightly used. I may be getting trolled, but I'd like to think I could still get it.
