Has the group founder first enabled clan features? If not, click the spoiler to find out how to do that: [spoiler]This can only be done on your group's page via bungie.net and not the app. First, navigate to your group's homepage. When you are there, go under "Admin Tools" > "About". You will see the option at the top to activate/deactivate Clan Membership for either Xbox, PlayStation or both, depending on what kind of account is linked to your bnet profile.[/spoiler] If/once that's done, the group members must navigate to the Group's page on bungie.net as they cannot set a Group as you Clan on the Companion app. On the page, there is a button that says [Set as Xbox Clan] in this case, hit it, and you're in the clan.
