For ogres shrine of oryx
For hydras Mars patrol by the black garden gate. Just move away from them after killing the enemies and they'll re spawn pretty quick

Camp up top in that Cabal structure that overlooks the Black Garden Gate with a sniper rifle. It's the one where you deploy your ghost at the end of the first Mars mission.
