going by the current rate price for the UK, $40 is somehow equal to £40?! I dont think £20 is really worth it for something that wont really add much to the game, I paid the same amount for an entire DLC, which contained far more, actually less than £20 as i got the season pass. So i'll say no for the collectors edition items quite surprised soo many are saying yes, its only gonna give bungie the boost they need to keep doing this with future content
