Some of its luck when it comes to trials. I see a lot of shitty players with flawless emblem. I mean I'm not great or anything but these guys are horrible. So they got carried hard and/or got lucky with matches. There's no way to make trials completely fair besides randomizing matchmaking totally (no parties) which would be retarded.
