Sure if the game wasn't designed for steering wheels. console games are not designed with keyboard and mouse in mind, the mouse specifically provides far more accuracy than a controllers thumbstick, the keyboard contributes alot you can bind keys to certain actions (like jumpshot/crouchshot/jumpnade/crouchnade/switch and fire/quickscope/basically any macro conceivable)
