Titans should have the highest armor from the subclass, but having Titan have 225 will throw off PvP incredibly, seeing as this will give Titans an edge against a lot of top tier weapons. The Ram is fine as it is, it is definitely not the biggest problem in the Crucible.

They already compete. Melee isn't a big part, the exotics that are good are really good, and their supers aren't suicidal. An armor buff to 225 would mean playing on other classes puts you at a disadvantage, Titans would survive 2 Thorn crits, 4 MIDA crits and numerous other things raising the time to kill only against Titans. Titans can still compete right now, an armor buff would throw off the balance of everything.

I don't really see why you'd have to buff all the different class's main stats, I can see the Ram being an issue, but besides that armor (and agility and recovery) should stay the way they are.
