Hes telling the truth. It's Microsoft enforcement team. They placed me on a communication ban. I tried to contact them but they only let u contact through forums but the irony is u can't post if u have any kind of ban. I can't find a number nor address for this place. 1-800 my Xbox won't tell me anything.
