My worst raid experience was nobody knowing what to do, so after 5 minutes of calmly explaining to them what to do, we finished the part and continued to do so instead of getting irritated.

Kudos to you. If people worked like a team and explained instead of cursing, insulting and kicking everyone, more people would learn the raids. I'm not a raid newbie but I always appreciate advice from the older veterans.

It's difficult for me to explain things without a microphone. Trying to grab a cheap one so I can communicate.

oh yea no wonder lol i didnt mean to come off as a wiener but yeah once you get a mic, you can stop what other ppl do and not trust any random ppl and you'll find that they're all capable of the raid but just never done it before.
