Well you do need it for skolas, that I can vouch for, besides that it shouldn't matter.

Not really. Now that burns have been removed, gjallarhorn isn't the be all and end all. Skolas was taken down with fatebringers, 4th horsemen, spears, blackhammers...gjallarhorn isn't what people make it out to be.

You don't[i] need [/i]it for Skolas, it just makes things easier, you don't need any specific weapon in any specific situation, some just make tasks easier, this week was also small arms which also drops the damage done by special and heavy ammo so it mattered even less.

That means you don't need it I guess. I got mine today after completing Skolas on two characters without it (got it off silver package after hitting flawless).

Lucky. Well, I might still get it. After another 2000 hours service or something, dunno. Might get it when I'm not expecting it.

I haven't put nearly that much time into it, but I'm still a day 1. I really wasn't expecting it honestly. I had gotten a Thunderlord from the silver package the week before, but wasn't expecting Gjallarhorn at all.

I don't trials, I'm mediocre at best in PvP. In PvE is where I rule, but, I'm not a 34 Gjallarhorn wielder...all I need is the Gjallarhorn for more exotic attempts. Right now I'm swimming in pink paint and crown symbols, almost bobbing rahools knob and posting on lfg that I'll carry on the nightfall just to do it. I is desperate.
