I've had an arc One Way Ticket with tracking and three in the tube for awhile now...my question is has anyone rolled a launcher with tracking and horseshoes...I've spent many a mote trying to create a legendary truth to no avail...

I got mine as a drop from the nightfall a while back

You had to buy it or get it from RNG during The Dark Below. You can't get it anymore.

Yes you can still get it, you have to do vanguard roc and hope to get it

It's not possible. The perk for tracking & horseshoes is only available on the last bubble slot so it's either or. If you wanna know possible rolls just Google the weapon name plus Destiny database. It'll list what perk is available for each slot

Thanks appreciate the info! I glanced at that database once before and all the numbers made my brain hurt :) even though in this instance it would have saved me a couple hundred motes!
