That's what I'm saying. They said and preached that it would be an open world game with an immersive story and failed whereas witcher 3 did not

The lack of story didn't stop you from putting almost 500 hours and counting into it. Story missions take, what, a total of 6 hours to complete? So, 6 hours into it, you had to know there was no real story. What made you play an additional 500?

My friends wanted me to help them with night falls/ raids, the level cap grind, etc.

You're hopelessly addicted to this game, you WILL buy Taken King, and you will keep playing it. But you will continue to cry about it on the forum, which amuses us. You're hooked. Deal with it.

Because that's what you'd expect from an RPG... Compare Destiny to something like Halo which actually has a pretty awesome story line, just no RPG characteristics.
