Doctor Who reference in Destiny?
I was drooling over the Ram, an exotic Warlock helm, and I noticed the description: "...PRAISE ME..." That seems a little bit weird, right? So as an avid Doctor Who watcher, I immediately thought of an episode entitled "The God Complex"(Season six, episode eleven, in case you want to watch it) in which the Doctor and his companions encounter a Ram like creature. The phrase "Praise Him" is repeated throughout the episode, with 'Him" being the ram-creature. I may be reading too much into this, let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

4 RepliesI thought it was a reference to Satan since he is typically represented as a ram. "Praise me" referring to Satan's orders/religious reference. Your theory isn't bad either though. Heart of Praxic Fire references Dark Souls, so I could see it.

2 RepliesI forgot about that episode or rather, didn't think of it with the Ram helm. There are always things in the game that make me think of the doctor at first glance. I think the ram as a reference to something else though when it was first discussed but I don't think Bungie has ppl who are bog on the doctor. I would love to see a pretty good weapon reference to weeping angels though; feels like it should be a shotgun!

possibly but the ram in this helmet i think and the episode refers to a ancient Egyptian ram god... as is the them trials of osiris
