I got so sick of the Hand Cannon only Meta that I decided to switch to Red Death. Use it almost exclusively now, Trials included. Yeah, it can be a struggle against 3 Thorns, but if you have superior gunskill to your opponents you can usually do well with it. You just HAVE to hit those headshots to come close to competing with Hand Cannons. It's a beast of a weapon but it has a pretty high skill cap..... Unlike some *coughThornTheLastWordcough* As for secondaries, I roll with a sniper on my Hunter since I can throwing knife shotgunners, and usually a shotty on my 'Lock and Titan. Heavy is just anything decent with Proximity detonation. Props for using MIDA btw.
