Is anyone else getting error code Banjo at the moment?

[b][i][/i][/b] I've reset my modem 3 times now. Everything is fine on all my tests from the XboxOne. & I can't sign into Destiny, nor can I get into Call of Duty Advanced Warfare either. I've signed into Xbox.com on my phone that's not on my network, & it says everything is up & running normally. But every time I try to sign into Destiny I get the Banjo error. I've even reset my Xbox by turning it off, & letting it sit for 2 minutes, & signing back in. I've also went to network, & went offline for 3 minutes. & then went back online. & did all the network tests & they all came back fine. I'm running at 32.85 megs/sec download, & 4.45megs/sec upload. & 68ms Latency, with 0% packet loss. & 1480 mtu. So why is this happening Bungie? Please respond!
