Fastest way to make strange coins?

I'm kinda a noob lvl 24 and need to get some exotics can someone tell me the best and fastest way to get strange coins

You properly need to level up until 32 so you can do level 32 weekly heroic for 9 coins. Also nightfall has chance to get 8-12 strange coins. After that, keep playing Level 28 Poe for around 1-5 coins.
