Why would you even want it though, as far as snipers go it's way down the list, i'd say the only decent one is That HC, not that i use it but at least it does enough, or am i missing something?.. the one i had i spent few motes seeing what'd come up, never seen anything that'd make me want to use it over a pre HoW legendary sniper..
