Gay marriage in the U.S.A.!
So today if you don't live in America we just made gay marriage legal in all 50 states! Bout darn time we stopped being total ignorant pricks and telling people they can't live their lives the way they want. And for any of you who call me a gay lover or whatever, you can shut your homophobic, close minded, ignorant mouth, because it doesn't matter what you think about sexuality you should be putting your opinions aside to let others be happy. Just think of yourselves in their place, what if you had to fight an entire society on what you want to love. That's not very fair now is it? What if you had to band together with a bunch of other people just to be normal in your own skin? I mean I personally don't think being gay is right, but I'm putting my personal believes aside so that other people can live the way they want, and besides it doesn't affect me as long as I have the option to say sorry I'm straight, don't hit on me. And I'll will always have that right as long as I live in America.

6 RepliesSo the whole country is bringing it in slowly but surely. The President reaches over states rights that were going to change soon anyways because everyone is getting on board. All so queers can get married in a world where half of all couples get divorced. So we set up the gays for disappointment while reaching over states laws (not the same issue but the same practice that started the civil war). Yay America. Glad Homos can get married though, they've waited long enough. Seems silly that a basic right was overlooked for so long. Just seems stupid the president had to go over states rights to do it. Here's hoping the divorce statistic improves.
