It shouldn't be called carrying in the first place, and anybody that won't let a 29+ in VoG hard doesn't understand how the game works.
[spoiler]However, if you are new, I can definitely see people keeping a 31 out because they might not know what to do.[/spoiler]

I'm posting this because my buddy who has 2 34s and played since launch can't find a group for his 31 Hunter he just made.

If I still had time to VoG I would have no problem taking 30+ My only problem is when people have shitty weapons and can't kill oracles on top of that never attempted normal before.
