Vanguard/Crusible Marks for Etheric Light
I have a suggestion for Bungie... I believe that I am not the only one that maxed my vanguard and crusible marks AND have so much resources (spinmetal, Helium....) that I don't have anything to do with them... Now, what if we could buy etheric light for 200 vanguard or crusible marks. Gathering 200 marks takes two weeks after all and it would encourage players to do strikes and pvp to max out their marks every week. I believe that this would be a fair trade right!? AND, it would give an alternative for solo players that can't do the prisons and the trials! What do you guys think?

Agree with what you are saying however......... I am only putting this out there Poe level 34 = 1 x etheric light x 3 characters per week = 3 Poe level 35 = 1 x etheric light x 3 characters per week = 3 So you have an opportunity to obtain 6 etheric light. Trials of osiris - there is a way to get 3 x etheric light per character 1. Open package at level 6. 2. Open package at level 8 3. Go flawless So doing the trials gives you 9 etheric light on total. So overall there is a potential to obtain 15 etheric lights per week. Plus what ever drops in nightfall. I like your idea though becuase i have loads of marks that i got no use for and my materials are plenty. But this is to give you an idea that if you do grind then this is the chance you get

No. Grow some balls. Do raids, nightfall & prison of elders 34 & 35. Plenty of fun options.

Yes, I agree. Or, do a conversion of say, spirit blooms and helium.

Too easy. Grind for 300 hours and maybe you can get a esthetic light HAHAHHAAH

1 ReplyI'm thinking more like 300 marks. That way it's really tough and is like doing Trials and PoE 34 35 and Nightfall but you can do it alone.

2 RepliesI would really like to see this as well. There needs to be more PvE ways to get EL. With so much gear to ascend the couple pieces a week just doesn't cut it. You're only guaranteed one EL from PoE 34 and 35 and those are really only possible at the highest levels unless you can get a couple people to carry you through and that's no fun. You're not even guaranteed EL from ToO unless you do really well and that is pretty much never going to happen for someone like me that does not play PvP; I tried it once for an exotic bounty and it was just too ridiculous, I don't have the time to invest to compete with people on there. Good luck getting EL from Nightfall also. So yeah there needs to be more options for getting EL. The Taken King is only two months away, be lucky to get even half my inventory ascended by then. How about a chance of getting EL from the ether chests?
