I do the no that for legendaries and rares that the class you use, either to receive or decrypt, has some bearing on what you get because while playing on any one class, it seems that about 95% of the time decrypting engrams gives me an item for that class.

That's because 95 percent of engrams you decide are blues. Only legendary engrams and exotic engrams will have random class drops. It has no effect on legendary and exotic engrams. Please learn how the game works instead of trying to spread lies.

When I'm on my warlock, they usually show up warlock, and when I'm on my Titan, they usually show up Titan. It seems that the chances to get a non-class item increase as the rarity increases.

I am saying I have played this game almost EVERY DAY since launch and I know what comes out of engrams. Legendaries and exotics are random class (the specifically state this on the description) so I don't know why you are arguing with me.

Because except for a handful of items the majority of the legendaries that I've received have been for the class that I was using. I'm "arguing" with you because, like you, I've played just about every day since launch (except for month break or so just before how) and you've given me no numbers or statistics to back up your claim that the class you are on has NO bearing on what you get from the engram.
