Personally I don't like it. Good against lower levels but I find the TTK against higher levels is just too low. Maybe I'm using it wrong, idk, but I know how to use Scouts and prefer others.

Agreed. I've never been a huge fan of VoC. I prefer the high impact Scout Rifles like Ghaleon's Demise, Proxima Centauri II(my first Legendary), Badger CCL, and The Scholar.
