I don't know if you guys know this but when you have a special weapon equipped that has the Surplus perk on it (doesn't matter if it's legendary, rare or even common), you get double ammo for your heavy weapon. So for example let's say you have an efrideets spear which has surplus on it equipped in your special weapon and you have Gjallarhorn equipped as your heavy. Let's just say you have zero ammo for your Gally and you kill an ad and he drops a heavy. When you pick up that heavy, instead of you getting 2 rockets, you get 4. If you had a titan who had ruin wings equipped with the same weapons I just said, you can pick up 6 to 7 in one drop. So here comes my question. When I first saw that in HoW we would be able to reforge weapons, I was so excited to finally have legendary shotguns with surplus on it. But after hundreds of mote of light and weapon parts and glimmer later, I can clearly see that there just simply isn't a surplus perk for shotguns. Is there a way we can get this to Bungie's attention and have them add it? They seem to listen to all the people who complained about the Suros being too strong so they nerfed it. They recently must have read about all the day one players complaing about the 40 dollar price for TTK so it dropped to 20 bucks. Is there anybody else who would want surplus on ALL special weapons added besides me? Or are you guys happy just picking up 2 rockets at a time? Maybe I'm spoiled who knows but I want a shotgun with surplus...
