Is Vision of Confluence still top tier?
Just wondering if the Vision of Confluence is still a top Pve scout rifle? I just got one and am wondering if it's worth ascending? Any advice would be appreciated.
Edit: wow thanks for all the great convo and information. Looks like Voc is still a great weapon for PVE. I will now focus on ascending it and now try to obtain fatebringer.

Isnt it a fact that elemental out perform kinetic weapons? I ascended FB, VoC...in that order.

It's a beast at 365. I have used it PVE and it even does well in PVP.

For PvE, I only use VoC, FB and Word of Crora.

Vision was my favorite. Now that I got and ascended Fang its a lot tougher call. But yes, VoC is a great scout rifle. It was the second legendary I ascended.

Without question. Use it all the time. I'd say it is my #2 weapon for pve behind FB.

Ascended VoC is awesome for solar enemies because it drops their Shields quicker. It also has field scout. It's a really good weapon.
