Yeah but i am not sure if I want to get a ps4 or xbone. On 1 side i want all content without waiting On the other side i dont want to start everything all over again. (Been playing since beta on the same acc)

If you're in the same console tree I believe you can just transfer the character over, everything is saved server side, not on console
