Bungie, charging Vets $20 for the emotes and class exotics and whatever else is not ok. Your saying that those little things are equal to your Dark Below Expansion or House of Wolves. Seriously? Those things are not close to those expansions. Even though the Dark Below was alright and the House of Wolves was a step up. There's no way you should be pricing those extra little things at $20. I don't know what the price should be or if more should be included so post what you think below. We made stepped up to Bungie once when they released the price and they heard us. But it still wasn't enough. They need to be given a little push once again.
Cheers

Edit:
Alright I've been doing a lot a looming around at other peoples threads and other details and think that most people are coming to a conclusion. Most people think that Activision is the reason for this mess. I solemnly believe that, I think that Activision loves money and after COD they may be a little hungry for $$$$$. Thus, probably the ones that rushed the game into production, and charging us extra for every little thing. Activision's power and money is going to their head.

2 RepliesThe ridiculous thing is that by this pricing (TTK costing $40 and the 9 bits of code costing $20) the base game and the initial expansions seem to account for nothing in the CE $60 price tag. The VIP rewards are also not exclusive items for the original players because those owning the digital version of the CE can start playing the expansions and hitting level 30 prior to the deadline, so they too can acquire them. Considering I levelled up two characters to level 30+ in three weeks, it won't be hard for them to do. So we don't even get that. Can't believe they have the audacity to charge people at all for those things, several of which will do nothing to actually aid gameplay. Then again, charging what will be £40 for me for an expansion that if we're honest probably will have most of its content - however much there is, no clarity there - locked away behind the co-operative wall, is equally unbelievable. For perspective, I just bought Arkham Knight for £37, got a shed load of story and character content, lots of interesting side missions, interactive NPCs AND two pieces of DLC. Somehow I doubt TTK will contain another £3 of content on top of what AK offers.

1 ReplyEdited by Northern: 6/26/2015 7:45:14 PMSo just say I have £20 to spend: Witcher 3 Seasons pass includes 2 x dlcs Or Destiny 9 cosmetic items >. < Both will be £20 from the PS store at some point. That didn't take long to choose :/

23 RepliesWow. First you guys complain about not being able to get them and now you're complaining about their price? You wont be satisfied until their free, but that's not gonna happen.

I spent more than that at lunch today. You have an option to buy it or not. Stop bitching about $20, it's ridiculous.

Please take this poll to let bungie know we're not satisfied with them and that we demand change: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/133463032/0/0

3 RepliesI wont be buying the extras. Completely worthless. Now the VIP rewards is what I like for the fact that only year 1 players can get them.
-
Honestly they should be given to everyone or included in the $40 TTK. not paying $20 for things that should already be in the game. Those are a part of customization and they laugh with that sticker price.

2 RepliesThis isn't new. I don't know why you guys are complaining about bullshit dlc. Wow mounts are 25 bucks each, wow expansions are 60 bucks. 2 mounts is almost an expansion. People still buy that shit. And on top of that, you still gotta pay 15 bucks a month.

1 ReplyHonestly I dont like it either. But they have a right to charge for things. They aren't the first or the last company to do this. If you don't want the emotes don't buy them. I on the other hand will buy them as this saves me $20 from buying the Collectors. Thats the least they could do.

1 ReplyOh no dance emotes and class items that we won't even use!!! Just don't buy them.

It's a collector's only thing. Only for the sheepest fangirls of the game. The one's who actually think it was okay to pay to run maps backwards and get recycled everything else. They preordered the taken kings new robot revolution before it was even announced. They will pay anything for the most miniscule things. Bungie knows this. I'm actually surprised they didn't charge more.

cosmetic items have always been pricey in games... Did you just start playing videogames recently or have you had your head in the sand for the past 10 years?

With all the fans who blindly pre-ordered the season pass and then felt burned, I naively imagined Bungie understood that this particular DLC release, if ever, would be the time to make their offer/value proposition a little bit better. How silly I am!
