They won't do anything to change it. We've seen that now. They have no bloody clue how to manage this shit, and they've shown plain and simple that they do not give a shit. The most this post will do is get them to say "We're listening, guys!" and then spew out PR damage control for a few paragraphs while the fanboys kiss their toes.
