Legendary edition is $60. Collector's edition, which includes physical swag and the digital bling, is $80. $20 upgrade, no?
So, the "good" news now is that we can buy the digital items *alone* for the same markup?
Sorry, I just don't get it.
This whole pricing scheme is so blatantly antagonistic to long term players... Luke Smith isn't the issue (I actually think he's pretty funny). Money isn't the issue; I would gladly spend $80 on a quality experience. Rather, the problem is the money grubbing. Stop trying to take advantage of the people who have supported you the longest. Please.
The saddest thing is, I was super excited for TTK coming out of e3... can't say that I am anymore.

3 RepliesThe $20 price point, is because all the sheep pre-ordered the game. Now that Bungivision put their foot in their mouth, they can't devalue that pre-order, so the $20 upcharge is their only option. Because if it was lower, then the people who just threw money at the TV blindly, would be upset that they threw money at the TV blindly. So Bungivision's idea is to piss off people who haven't given them money yet, as opposed to pissing off people who just gave them the money for this bullshit.
