Anyone thinking of this while reading the weekly update or was it just me?

Sorry.

perfect representation southpark FTW. Give it a while and there might be enough publicity on this situation for southpark to make an episode related to it

      • I'll say this much: I'm not nearly as satisfied with Bungie's "Apology and Solution" as Bungie, themselves, seem to be. "Here's our apology. Please pay an additional $20 to receive our apology." -- This is exactly what Modern Gaming has come down to. Companies don't care about their players anymore, beyond how much money they can milk out of us. Year One/BETA/ALPHA players should get these so called "exclusive content updates" for free, just as a "Thank You for making our game a success." After that, I've got a great idea: How about an exclusive, or "Timed Exclusive" Exotic Weapon that comes to Year-1 Players? Or giving us the ability to go to a special Vendor and pick 1 Exotic Weapon and 1 Exotic Armor-Piece from the entire list of available exotics? Charging for something like that, I could understand. But $20? No. How about $5.99 or $9.99 at the most. Bungie needs to do SOMETHING to make this right for us. And that something should NOT include charging us more money.
