So I rerolled my old efrideets and got these two perks. Double down seems to start me in crucible with 12 versus my normal 6 when I do NOT have field scout equipped. How much ammo will double down give me with field scout turned on? I saw they "reduced" the amount a while back, but if it is the same amount of ammo without field scout equipped then double down might not be worth keeping...
