turned level 20 went to reef bought dlc no bounties why?

I turned level 20 with my titan but when I get their nothing happens no bounties or no rewards is this a glitch?

I think you need to level up a little bit more. The House of Wolves story missions start at level 26, so if you tried them at level 20, all the enemies would be immune.

you need to finish the story, the queens bounties and arena wont appear to story completion.
