I deleted my second warlock to make a Titan. Any Titan tips or funny Titan stories?
I hate switching gear and love warlocks. I have 2 locks right now and run one as sunsinger, one as void. I have put away some etheric light, armor cores, and most of the exotic Titan pieces in my vault.
I'm going to do it eventually (prior to TTK), but my question is more about whether I should pull the trigger now or wait a few more weeks to stack materials and gear in the vault.
I am leaning towards just running my nf and 32poe with my 2nd lock and then deleting him this week and starting the journey back to 34 with a new Titan.
EDIT: I am going to do it. You guys talked me into it. Lets talk tips for being a titan. What is the best set up to make the most orbs?
EDIT: Done. I created a little baby kinderguardian Titan last night. Popped my first several bubbles and played for about 1.5 hours. Level 11 now. I've got some work to do, but it's fun.
EDIT: I changed the title since I created my Titan Wednesday. I've been enjoying the Titan so far. Level 30 now. Let me know if anyone wants to help a scrubby titan through VOG HM or CE NM to get some legendary gear. Still rocking blue gloves and helm....
EDIT: So it is waaaayyy easier to hit 34 now. Made my Titan Wednesday and hit 34 yesterday. Haha. Not the grind it used to be for sure.

1 ReplySo lvl up your striker first to get used to titan plus it's easier to lvl striker than defender that's my advice

the titan can be op as hell if ran right u can spread out the int dec and str amd get them all up pretty high make you a force but the int and dec is the way to go

Man you want funny? When you obtain helm of inmost light and hit up the crucible with "death from above". The first time you miss and go off a cliff will have you in stitches!

Use ward of dawn first it's the most important subclass so far for titans

Also using Fist Of Havok effectively is a real challenge, especially in ToO. But when everything (including right perks) is done correctly, you can wipe out all your enemies with a single super without any casualties. Try combination of perks of Helm Of Inmost Light with Shockwave perk to get a perfect range, aiming and splash area.

I just had three titans but deleted one and made a warlock actually it was pretty fun playing all the content back to back. It felt new and rewarding doing the new class

6 RepliesIn the Skywatch on patrol I went towards that little hidden cave where there is either a knight or an ogre. I overshot the jump and almost fell off the ledge, but I saved myself with a quick turn around and Fist of Havoc back onto the ledge. Also, my Titan will never be deleted him. I want to have him a few years from now in whatever Destiny game is out and be able to say that he was created hours after Destiny's release on 9/9/14.

Titans for life! Talking about deleting doubles, I want to get rife of my female Titan for a hunter soon. I'd just hate to lose al that progress with dead orbit :(

2 RepliesDon't have on defender in ToO. Thought I had striker, saw all 3 enemies together went to use my super and popped a bubble around them. Needless to say it caught me off guard and I was blown away by shotguns.

1 ReplySave armour cores from PoE 32 on your warlock and buy Variks gear for the titan. It's a ridiculously high strength Loadout but it'll get you to 34 so you can start to get better gear

Shoulder charge hurts you. I shoulder charge into someone and completely miss and flu off the map.

1 ReplySituational awareness is a must as a Titan, you get caught up, your gonna have trouble turning and running away. Also, use lift with increased control, and spam a, as if you were hopping, if you keep a steady altitude you can move faster than another class, but you are extremely vulnerable

10 RepliesRemember, titans are a peaceful, civilised group of people, all are welcome in the disco dome, we don't involve ourselves in the class wars (Because we know we are the best). Oh and we love to punch things, and shoulder charge, you can't forget the shoulder charge in PVP. Shoulder charge is a mobility tool, not an offensive tool, unless it's in PVP, then use it against all the blinking scrubs. Titans are in no way OP, in fact we need a buff, but a good player makes the Titan the best class.
