So, how many collector's editions were there?
100, 1,000, 10,000?
I agree, they will be on Ebay, not for the game, but the coin and special REAL stuff.
Fallout 4 pipboy edition sold out in 2 hours (probably less really), many will be on Ebay.
That does not mean much, though.
Somewhere it was stated 37% of current players have preordered. Is this current players, or total?
Current players DOES NOT EQUAL TOTAL. I know easily 5 people who have the game, but are fed up and no longer play. 20 million accounts does not equal 20 million players. Just ask WOW, or pretty much any MMO.
My guess is current players, which is a much smaller number. I know the last time I was on, there were significantly less people than normal.
Might be because Destiny is becoming a Tuesday and Friday game: Tuesday due to reset, Friday for Xur.

My thoughts exactly on the activity being just a Tuesday gathering or a Friday half-hearted attempt at socializing while gunning down peeps. With a maybe side-order of checking out Xur's stuff.

Now you don't even need to get on destiny for Xur's inventory unless he has something you need to buy, so really only a Tuesday game.
