If you make a grimoire post, at least be above 3400 dude. Makes you look like a doofus. As for your question, it's probably because they have just stated. Grimoire takes time to build up unless you're farming for it

3465 and the closest I've gotten to farming was picking up the ghosts so I could read some extra lore...

I'm at 3460 I think and the only thing I set out to do was pick up the ghost, everything else just happens with time
