Red Bull codes and items revealed!
So the Red Bull promotion for Destiny details have been leaked/revealed. You can get a code from the underside tabs of Red-Bull cans exclusively in 7-11 stores.
The codes will unlock 2 things.
"Focused Light" - a one time consumable that temporarily boost experience gains. Nothing that special.
"New Quest Line" - a six stage quest line that will have 'exclusive rewards' and is temporarily exclusive to this red bull promo.
[b]Note[/b]: The exclusive quest line and it's rewards will be available to everyone 1/1/16, so it's only temporarily exclusive.
Also: The red bull cans will become available in July only at 7-11, starting in August other retailers will begin to sell it.

3 RepliesCan't wait to see Red Bull cans on Amazon for $20... Bad move again on Bungie's part. The XP I have no issue with, but an exclusive quest that other players will have to wait 3-4 months to play/get. On top of all the other PR crap they've created for themselves this was another bad decision. I have no problem with games doing this for xp promotions as both Halo and COD did it, but they didn't have exclusive content. You didn't have to buy Doritos to get a level of the Halo campaign. Also yes I can read, I know we'll eventually get it, but a 3-4 month wait when it also has "exclusive rewards" is BS. I also wouldn't be surprised if Bungie charged for the new quest as if it were DLC when it does become available to all players...given their track record.
