Fang of Ir Yût or Vision of Confluence?
Recently bagged fang and am wondering which I should use.
Edit 1: Pre house of wolves which one would you pick. 300 VoC or 331 FoiY

4 RepliesThey are both great weapon's But the Fang likes to mark targets it has no need doing (their out there man we ALL bloody see em). And the Vision has solar burn that yes comes in handy for certain occasions, But with your Hunger being solar too means that you have to change that out for the Truth or GHorn, which means no Ice Breaker which also happens to be solar... My opinion is that maybe they should be able to switch like the Murma then what matters most is personal preference [spoiler]I chose VoC I couldn't stand the bad dudes always lighting up, it's not Xmas and don't look like Blackpool to me plus it sounds alot better when fired[/spoiler]

They're almost the same gun, burns aside. I like VoC because it has just a little less bounce. They're both excellent scout rifles.

2 RepliesBoth are awesome ascended. POE Hive/Cabal = VOC; Fallen = Fang; Vex = either works fine but I usually rock a WOC. The full auto is especially nice on the VOC. It was the first thing I ascended.

For solar enemies and burns? VoC. For arc enemies and burns? Fatebringer.

5 RepliesI would upgrade vision of confluence. Fang is 331 and more viable to continue to use in the new 365 world . Solar primary voc.is a better upgrade then using the crota solar primary or using the mythoclast

Both are great, use whatever the situation calls for. I always find myself using the VoC because of how silky smooth that weapon is.
