I have had this token for a while now and no matter what I do I cannot cash it in with variks , what can be done ?

Hello Narcotics Token of identity can be used to purchase shaders from Variks. I believe you have to have a level 3 House of Judgment reputation in order to cash the token in for a shader. Cheers!
